A payment of 50% of the total will be required PRIOR to the design of any custom or personalized creation. Once the design is approved by client, the remaining balance will be required. Up to three edits/changes will be accepted per order. Additional changes to design will be subject to additional cost.
All personalized and custom orders are to be paid in full Prior to production. Payment will commence after payment is received
Client is responsible to review contract and ensure all details are correct. Client is to advise of any discrepancies PRIOR to payment.
A copy of photo ID will be required for all rentals. Security deposit is required for ALL rentals. Security deposit is required for overnight rentals. Security deposit will be returned when rentals/décor are returned without any damage.
Rentals are charged per day.
If Client is picking up props/décor, it is the client’s responsibility to ask and confirm measurements and dimensions of items to ensure you arrive with the proper means of transportation.
Delivery fees apply.
Whereas Piccolo Parties has been contracted to deliver and pick up, both a Delivery Fee and Pick Up Fee will be charged.
Latex and foil balloons pose no threat to humans, wildlife or the environment WHEN handled responsibly. Broken or uninflated balloons can cause harm to young child and should be disposed of immediately. Children under the age of 7 should be under constant adult supervision while playing with latex balloons. Please note colours may vary and differ depending on manufacturer.
Piccolo Parties uses only the highest quality products and makes every possible effort to ensure your décor will meet or exceed your expectations. However, due to the general nature of balloons, we can not guarantee that your balloons will remain perfect and intact. When used outdoors, some balloons will occasionally deflate sooner than expected, and will also be adversely affected by wind, rain, heat, cold, rough handling and other uncontrollable factors. Outdoor balloons are subject to oxidization, frosting, fogging, sticking together and popping.
Piccolo Parties will not held responsible for manufacturers’ defective balloons. Piccolo Parties promises to handle all balloon orders with utmost care, however occasionally, balloons may pop during transportation and installation.
Client releases any and all responsibility once balloons have been delivered by Piccolo Parties, or picked up by Client.
During this Global Pandemic, safety is of utmost importance to Piccolo Parties. As such, masks will be worn by all planners and stylists, and physical distancing protocols will be followed throughout the installation and/or delivery/pick up time. We respectfully request that any individuals present during installation, delivery and/or pick up wear a mask and keep appropriate physical distance. If at any time these precautions are not being followed, you will be made aware, reminded and requested to follow the guidelines set forth by Health Canada. Refusal to adhere to mask wearing and safe physical distancing constitutes a breach of this contract and will result in forfeiture of services. By agreeing to this contract, you agree to all terms laid out.
You may request to postpone or reschedule your balloon order/rentals/personalized items up to 7 days before the date and time of the event. Refunds of any kind will not be issued. You may transfer your order to a different date. Any changes to original order, will be subject to additional fees. This policy does not apply to cancellations 72 hours before an event or scheduled order delivery/pick up, due to items and products being purchased in preparation for your original agreement.
